  • Include your order number, a brief description of the damage, and attach the unboxing video to your email.

4. Refund Processing:

  • Once we receive and verify the unboxing video, we will initiate the refund process.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 3 business days.

5. Non-Return Policy:

  • Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons other than receiving a damaged product.
